What I ship.

Encrypted text inside ordinary-looking PNG stickers.
For iMessage. Send a sticker; with a password set, the message inside is only readable by people who have the app and that password. Open spec, AES-256-GCM, no servers, no accounts.

Beliefs
Privacy that doesn't punish you for using it.
Most encryption tools assume you already know what HMAC means. That's fine for security researchers. It's not fine for everyone else — for the journalist, the partner, the friend in a place where the regular messengers don't work.
The cryptography already exists and is well understood. What's usually missing is the interface. I've spent 15 years building web interfaces, and I use proven crypto and steganography approaches to build tools you can use without reading a paper first.
